WEBSITE

We do not, as standard practice, collect personal information through our Website other than information provided voluntarily by the user through our Contacts Page.

Users are able to request a person to contact them. In doing so, the user provides information such as name, address and general contact details. This information is collected and added to our Client List for future mailout purposes.

COLLECTION OF RECORDS

The details that we record are contact name, position, mailing address, contact number, fax and email of individuals within the client’s business. This is important to ensure efficient business communications.

USE

These records are used to enable Alternate Constructions to keep individuals updated with the latest services, capabilities and innovations of Alternate Constructions.

SECURITY

Alternate Constructions will not give or sell any personal information to any outside organisation, for any other purpose than to perform the everyday business of Alternate Constructions.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

Alternate Constructions will continue to regularly review the collection and use of personal information, in an attempt to ensure our practices comply with regulations, and that no individual’s privacy is being compromised.

  2. The request for access is frivolous or vexatious;
  3. Where information relates to existing legal proceedings between Alternate Constructions and the individual and the information would not be discoverable in the process of those legal proceedings; or
  4. Where providing access would be unlawful, may prejudice an investigation of possible unlawful activity, may prejudice enforcement of laws, or denying access is specifically authorised by law.
